His journey began as a football star for Arkansas State University, where he still holds numerous accolades. With over 20 years of experience in developing, building, and reconstructing real estate, Charles is also a seasoned entrepreneur with 24 years of business acumen.
After completing his tenure at Arkansas State University, Charles, originally hailing from Texas, chose to make a lasting impact on the city by opening several successful businesses. His diverse portfolio spans beauty supplies, restaurants, and rental properties, showcasing his versatility and business prowess.
Charles is not just a developer; he is a visionary with a passion for transforming neglected spaces into awe-inspiring structures. His commitment to revitalizing poverty-stricken areas is evident in his relentless efforts to not only enhance aesthetics but also rebuild communities where people are proud to call home.
In the City of Jonesboro and surrounding areas, Charles has built and owns a comprehensive portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. His success has extended beyond state lines, providing him with opportunities to remodel and build hotels, shopping centers, and various projects in different cities and states.
In 2018, Charles and his wife embarked on a philanthropic journey by establishing a non-profit organization. This initiative aims to make a positive impact on the community by feeding hundreds of families and first responders during Thanksgiving, distributing toys and coats to children at Christmas, providing blankets to the homeless during cold weather, assisting kids and families with back-to-school preparations, and supporting elderly and veterans with necessary home improvements they might not afford otherwise.

As a Family Care Specialist at the Memphis Family Connection Center, she supports families navigating challenges such as mental health disorders and developmental disabilities. Her expertise in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) allows her to provide specialized care to families affected by trauma.
Beyond her local work, Ruth’s commitment extends globally. She co-founded Point of Impact Global Missions, a nonprofit that provides essential services—including feeding programs and medical care—to children in Honduras. She also trains organizations worldwide, equipping others to better serve vulnerable children.

Transitioning from the flight line to the front line of business, Darren founded Mori Echo Marketing, where he spearheaded digital operations and web design for SMBs, mastering the art of building communities that result in real sales.

Trey Draper is a renowned sports coach and leadership consultant passionate about developing winning strategies. Born and raised in Memphis, a graduate of Mitchell High School. Trey is widely recognized for contributing to the city’s sports industry. After graduating from the University of Memphis, he leveraged his athletic leadership experience to build a successful career in sports management. Trey went on to earn a master’s degree in Sports Administration, solidifying his commitment to sports leadership.
Trey’s impressive coaching career began at his high school alma mater, Mitchell High School, where he helped lead the team to a state championship in his first year as a staff member. In 2019, his team made history by becoming the first to bring a national championship to the campus. Before becoming the assistant basketball coach at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL, he held coaching positions at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Winning Language
Trey’s coaching expertise extends beyond the professional level, having coached over 50 Division 1 athletes who have received full scholarships. He has taught and coached over 25 professional basketball players in the NBA and WNBA, including Ja Morant. In addition to coaching, Trey also provides NBA Pre-Draft/Off Season training to elite players and prospects.
Trey’s exceptional coaching and leadership skills have earned him numerous accolades and recognitions. He was named Top 20 under 30 by The Memphis Flyer in 2019 and nominated for the 40 under 40 awards in Memphis. He is a regular ESPN college basketball analyst and has been featured on several ESPN radio and University of Memphis radio/TV broadcasts.
Trey’s passion for empowering others to succeed led him to co- found HomeT3am Hoops, an organization that serves the community by promoting basketball and leadership skills to young athletes. He also co-founded the Next Gen Coaching Alliance, which provides a platform for novice coaches to share best practices and motivation.
Trey’s dedication to developing winning strategies and effective communication led him to write Winning Language to emphasize the importance of personal development, effective communication, team building, and creating a which was deemed the #1 Book in the world during its debuted first week for “new releases” on amazon.com

Her family’s relocation to Arkansas in 2016 saw Chariah following in her father’s footsteps, making a notable name for herself in the realm of sports.
In 2018, Chariah’s prowess led her to the Delta Region High Performance Team, earning her the distinguished title of Best Under the Sun Newcomer of the Year. Recognized as a 3A East All-State and 3A East All-Conference Player in 2018 and 2019, Chariah’s accolades paved the way for collegiate play and lasting relationships both on and off the court. Like her father, she holds records in Arkansas that remain untouched.
Not confined to athletic achievements, Chariah maintained an impressive GPA above 3.7 throughout her high school and college journey, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence.
May will mark Chariah’s graduation with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Pre-Law. Beyond academia, she plays a crucial role in running the family liquor store while actively holding offices in numerous organizations at Arkansas State University.
