Prime Global Group™ is a private well-capitalized, real estate investment firm that specializes in construction, property and asset management while helping our clients achieve minimum risk, adjusted returns with a diversified portfolio of real estate and small business acquisitions. We focus on infrastructure and innovation in underserved and undercapitalized markets.
Over the last 10 years Mabry Property Holdings LLC, and associates have built, acquired and sold over $250 million in Real Estate. Having developed a simple plan — Acquire as much land in undesirable, undeveloped areas, and develop contiguous plots, to drive the market in those areas.
Understanding the trends, communities and growth plans of a particular market has allowed us to make comfortable risks in expanding our assets year over year.
Now we’re in a position to capitalize in certain areas where we’ve planted seeds through strategic acquisitions — as we control the land and development infrastructure on and around that land.
